Job Descriptions
1. แผนการฝึกอบรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และทิศทางการทำงานที่ชัดเจน เช่น แผนก HR, administration, sourcing, material control, production planner, etc.
A complete talent training plan, with functional directions including HR, administration, sourcing, material control, production planner, etc.
เริ่มฝึกอบรมและเตรียมความพร้อม (1 วัน) --- ทำความคุ้ยเคยกับกระบวนการผลิต (2 สัปดาห์) --- การฝึกอบรมตำแหน่งเฉพาะ (3-6 เดือน)
Onboarding training (1 day) ---- familiarity with product process (2 weeks) ---- Functional training (3~6 months)
2. มีการโปรแกรมส่งเสริมที่ดี:
Good promotion channel:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in English.
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี Proficient in using Office software.
- หากคุณมีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ CAD และสามารถออกแบบ CAD ได้ คุณจะได้เข้าฝึกงานในตำแหน่ง ME/PEIf you are proficient in using CAD have ability to interpret CAD drawings, you will be trained as ME/PE.
- สะดวกย้ายที่อยู่ เนื่องจาก บริษัทมีแผนการย้ายฐานการผลิตไปที่ระยองหรือชลบุรี ภายในปี 2024
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และการประสานงานได้ดี / Graduates from English major, excellent performance in professional courses.
- Have good communication, coordination, and execution skills
- มีความขยัน ตั้งใจทำงาน และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ / Hard-working, proactive, team spirit
- งานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ / Good pressure resistance.
