Job Descriptions
1. Buy the tickets at the Train Station and manually confirm and cancel on the Today tier page.
2. Help to support if the tickets are unavailable.
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via email or phone.
4. Follow alerts in stats and fix bookings (if any): Unconfirmed bookings, PDF not sent, Negative net price, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Experience in Customer Support will be a plus.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule
