Job Descriptions
- Follow up the import information with Sales, Oversea agent and Customer(consignee)
- Coordinate and follow up pre-alert from Oversea agent
- Submit import data to Co-loader/ Shipping line timely
- Follow up shipment schedule and update to related party
- Check cost and prepare payment to the Co-loader/Shipping line
- Release delivery order to customer/importer/customs broker
- Follow up Quotation from Sales and Issue Invoice to customer
- Check DN/CR and key in system
- Summary job and close to Account Dept.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Business Management, or any related field
- Male or Female, age 25-30years old
- 3-5 year working experience as Import operation in Freight Forwarding business
- Service mind, Positive attitude, Responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivation and teamwork
- Understand and able to reading, writing and speaking in English (Chinese is a plus)
