Job Descriptions
1. Coordinate with relevant parties for managing daily outbound shipments. 2. Develop and maintain a good relationship with the vendor and related parties. 3. Challenge to the oversea station for the rate difference. 4. Update discrepancies and irregularities report on a day-to-day basis. 5. Coordinate with customers/agents for shipping arrangements and documentation. 6. Prepare monthly reports to management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or relevant fields
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in Import customer service, freight forwarding, logistics is appreciated.
  3. Must have knowledge of Import cargo and logistics process
  4. Good command of English and computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  5. Possess a high responsibility, collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving
  6. Customer-focused and delivery results
  7. Good command of Chinese
