Job DescriptionsClient and Project management
•To be project management and control issue that related with outsourced employees.
•Work with Client as HR business partner to analyze the problem and provide the solution for any issue related to outsourcing employee
•Support and advise clients on labor laws.
•Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing effective client support.
HR operation management
•Manage and assist team for day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
•Be responsible and supervise team for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to make conclusions that help streamline all HR processes.
•Initial the personnel activities for outsource employees to retain employee and client engagement.
•Manage and advice team for outsourced employees regarding welfare and other HR issues as well as handling employee relations at client sites.
•Manage and ensure company policies, rules & regulations to align with Thai labor law and related law.
•Review payroll (1700 HCs) and data of outsource employees before passing to client.
Team management
•Supervise and control all HR operations, including Manpower planning, Compensation & Benefits and Employee relations.
•Facilitate the performance management system that includes performance evaluation.
•Have organizational development skill for internal work process improvement.
•Manage team members and operations to meet with time-line and client’s expectations.
•Provide guidance and direction to team members and ensuring consistency regarding calculations and payroll implementation.
Working Day: Mon-Fri (Hybrid WFH)
Working Time: 08:30-17:30 (Flexible)

Qualifications - Age between 33 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HRM, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in HR Management, Compensation & Benefits or HR Shared Service is preferred.

- Good knowledge of Thai Labour Law.
- Intermediate Excel Skills. (Pivot table/ V-lookup and having experience with payroll system.)
- Strong leadership experience in driving HR change projects.
- Problem Solving, Systematic thinking, detail oriented, communication and fast learning skill is required.
- Be able to handle pressure situations.
- Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English.
