-Collaborate with the marketing department to gain an understanding of short-term and long-term marketing targets and develop content strategies accordingly. -Research, conceptualize, and create video content for TikTok pages and public communications. -Plan and schedule a video content calendar on TikTok. Shoot, edit, and post videos with high quality, visually appealing content optimized for engagement. -Monitor and engage with our followers to build and maintain relationships. -Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, features, and best practices to create engaging and relevant content. -Work with the social media manager to develop a content strategy that aligns with the overall brand messaging and values to drive engagement and followers. -Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.

Qualifications

Have experience creating strong and engaging content in the related fields.
Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc. (have many followers and active on social media account is a plus).
Good communication skills both oral and verbal.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia, English (Mandarin is a plus).
Minimum Bachelor Degree Major in Design, Communication, Public Relation, Marketing.
