Job Descriptions1.Manage the monthly work attendance, salary, performance bonus, tax, social insurance, housing fund and commercial insurance data correct and in time.
2.Maintain and update the HRIS system on a regular basis.
3.Support data and document for the promotion, merit increase, bonus and related issue.
4.Support supervisor to deal with labor disputes well.
5.Process, verify, and maintain employee related documentation.
6.Responsible for administration works and other assignments as required.
7.Maintain accurate, efficient daily C&B processes to support all populations of employees including compensation & benefits administration, and benefit communication.
