Job Descriptions
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ :
- Assist and work closely with HR Business Partner Manager to develop and lead HR companywide projects and execute HR strategy to ensure alignment of business direction
- Act as HR Business Partner, working closely with HR Business Partner Manager to operate
overall HR functions.
- Assist HR manager to implement HR strategies and New HR Tools to align with the company
strategic goals.
- Responsible for diagnosing and design Organization development.
- Plan and monitor to ensure effectiveness of Performance Management Process.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and Job Descriptions for all
positions.
- Facilitate People & Capabilities Review to build organization capabilities/ effectiveness for
business growth and enhance talent bench strengths and pipeline for business growth.
- Work with HR Business Partner Manager to deliver learning & development solutions to
enhance individual and organization capabilities and leadership development.
- Responsible for recommending, implementing, and communicating Compensation & Benefits
policies and processes. Ensure effective annual salary review and bonus plan implementation.
- Maintain human resource information systems records ensuring data accuracy and compiles
reports from the database. Responsible for delivering HR reporting analytics.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.

วันและเวลาทำงาน :
- วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ และวันเสาร์เดือนละ 1 เสาร์
- เวลาทำงาน 08.00 – 17.00 น.

Qualifications
- เพศชายและหญิง
- อายุ 28-45 ปี
- จบวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ในสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งาน HRM&HRD อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจงาน HR สมัยใหม่ ทั้ง HRM และ HRD
- หากเคยผ่านงานด้าน Performance Management/ Organizational Chart/ HRIS/ KPI มาก่อน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Excel (Pivot,V Look Up),Powerpoint, MS Word และ Canva ได้ (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ หากสามารถใช้ Power BI ได้)
