ประเภทธุรกิจ : ผลิตสายไฟ วันทำงาน : วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ เวลาทำงาน : 08.00-17.00 สถานที่ทำงาน : โรจนะ อยุธยา รายละเอียดงาน -จัดการเงินเดือนและการบันทึกเวลาทำงาน -บริหารและดำเนินการในการฝึกอบรมทั้งภายในและภายนอก -ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบในการจัดหาบุคคลทรัพยากร สวัสดิการ -โบนัส -ค่าอาหาร 1,500 บาทต่อเดือน -รถรับส่ง -เบี้ยขยัน 700-800-900 บาทต่อเดือน -ค่าครองชีพ 800 บาท -กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ -ยูนิฟอร์ม -ค่ารักษาพยาบาล -ประกันสุขภาพ -เงินช่วยเหลือกรณีต่างๆ
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง สัญชาติไทย อายุ 42-47 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงานทรัพยากรบุคคลมากกว่า 12 ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการเจรจาต่อรองกับสหภาพแรงงาน
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงานเป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีคะแนน TOEIC 600 ขึ้นไป
  7. มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
