Job Descriptions
1.Generate Component-System Quotations.
2.Issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers.
3.Supplier Communication and Price-Leadtime Negotiation.
4.Manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Goods Follow-Up.
5.Support Sales Operations; Assist in handling sales inquiries, quotations, stock inquiries, lead time management, and address any related questions.
6.Support Customer Document Inquiries.
7.Support Engineering Team.
8.Key-in Purchase Order Results.
9.Record Stock Receipts.
Qualifications
- Age: 20-28 years old.
- Graduated Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Communication Skills.
- Ability to Work under Time Constraints.
- Can-Do Attitude.
- Residence: Preferably living near the office or must have no transportation issues.
