Job Descriptions

1. Process AP Transactions 2. Collect invoice / TAX invoice / Receipt 3. Record all AP transactions, account reconciliation, withholding TAX submission, prepare remittance. 4. Verify the completeness and accuracy of tax invoices and other supporting documents i.e., P/O, Quotation, Request, etc. to be compliant with the internal control process. 5. Review and verify invoices and cheque requests, and prepare and Process payments including urgent payments. 6. Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. 7. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Good command in English
Strong knowledgeable in Accounting skill: TAS, IFRS and RD announcement
Computer skill especially MS Office
Understand in the accounting function accounting processes, procedure and internal control. (Both of accounting skill and financial analysis) well and accounting system and learn a new tasks quickly.
Understanding of accounting system especially SAP.
