Job Descriptions
Process control &QC Function Maintaining and monitoring quality process control of the product to meet the customer requirement • Participant for process change activity and drive quality function. • Establishing for quality document standard, inspection standard in-process and relate quality document • Quality continual improvement to achieve KPI of the quality department • Monitor & Optimization of Operational Efficiency of seeds processing plant • Plant Performance & improvement and Co-ordinate to implement continuous improvement process • Identify root cause of the problem by studying present process for any quality/safety or abnormal deviation • Coordinate with other department to resolve any issued in Process line to achieve sustain and excellence • Propose, Coordinate and commissioning of new project/modification SAP &Costing system • Full function in SAP of plant operation. • Assist in monthly end / year end closing processes including management report for internal use. • Prepare and calculate cost variance of raw material and product of the month. • Prepare document for monthly closing. • Prepare and maintain costing records for accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant cost data and ensure accurate and timely reporting. • Calculate costs for New Product Development. • Assist in the preparation of budgets and latest estimates for effective financial planning. • Work with the team to develop new tools and systems for cost-efficient analysis. • Any other as assigned by direct superior.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering , Computer science, Agriculture
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in Process control, QC, Costing
  3. Experience SAP PP module application is preferable
  4. Microsoft office, especially Excel
  5. Proficiency English language communication
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
