Job Descriptions- Perform booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Products.
- Prepare, control, and distribute all required documents to counterparts (carriers, consignees, suppliers, etc.) complying with regulations and internal procedures.
- Check responses from counterparts and finalize validation of required documents.
- Follow-up shipment status, identifie incidents and ensure resolution of
incidents.
- Support Operation in the incident and exception management resolution.
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.
- Is responsible for identifying performance issues of suppliers and propose solutions to improve/correct performance.
- Perform IT systems related tasks to provide up to date information on shipment.
- Interact with Operation, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.
