Job Descriptions
 Perform booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product.  Prepare, control, and distribute all required Export documents to counterparts (carriers, consignees, suppliers, etc.) complying with regulations and internal procedures.  Check responses from counterparts and finalize validation of required documents.  Follow-up shipment status in the Export area, identifie incidents and ensures resolution of incidents.  Support Operation in the incident and exception management resolution.  Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.  Is responsible for identifying performance issues of suppliers and proposes solutions to improve/correct performance.  Perform IT systems related tasks to provide up to date information on shipment.  Interact with Operation, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality, Male & Female
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
  3. At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in freight forwarder business, preferably direct experience with freight forwarding company.
  4. Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
  5. Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
  6. Skill of computer (MS. Outlook, MS. Excel, MS. Word)
  7. Able to work under pressure and have a service mind.
  8. Good attitude, positive interpersonal skills, well-organized and able to work as teamwork.
