We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also driving sales to meet company goals. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be present in the main Reception area at all times, other than during designated break periods, in order to welcome visitors, students, parents, contractors and visitors
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Provide high quality administrative support and assistance, when required, to the Director of Boarding
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to encourage repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and follow-up on leads.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
