Electrical Construction Material Division Product: Wiring Device, Socket, Receptacle, Switch Job Description: • Develop and implement purchasing strategies. • Manage daily purchasing activities, supervise staff, and allocate tasks. • Manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc. • Maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. • Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs. • Ensure that items meet the required quality standards and specifications. • Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets. • Work to improve purchasing systems and processes. • Contact Japanese suppliers. • Handle drawing/documents in the Japanese language and communicate in meetings with Japanese personnel.
