Trainee recruitment basic requirements:

1.Graduates from electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, electronics majors, excellent performance in professional courses.
สำเร็จการศึกษาจากสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมยานยนต์ วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ สาขาวิชาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีผลงานที่ดีในหลักสูตรวิชาชีพ
2.Good command of English.

3.Have good communication, coordination, and execution skills.

4.Hard-working, proactive, team spirit.

1.A complete talent training plan, with functional directions including HR, administration, sourcing, material control, production planner, etc.
Onboarding training (1 day) ---- familiarity with product process (2 weeks) ---- Functional training (3~6 months)

2.Good promotion channel:

Trainee ---- Assistant Engineer ---- Engineer (Specialist) ---- Sr. Engineer (Supervisor) ---- Assistant Manager ---- Department Manager ---- Department Director.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, electronics majors are given priority. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป จากสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมยานยนต์ วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ สาขาวิชาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- Proficient in CAD, and able to understand drawings. หากคุณมีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ CAD และสามารถออกแบบ CAD ได้ และอ่าน Drawing ได้
- Proficient in using Office software. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- Good command of English. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สะดวกย้ายที่อยู่ เนื่องจาก บริษัทมีแผนการย้ายฐานการผลิตไปที่ระยองหรือชลบุรี ภายในปี 2024
