Job Descriptions
*Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
-Develop and execute comprehensive digital performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Tiktok, and Delivery platforms.
-Measure performance of all digital campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
-Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data, interpret insights for strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
-Owner of Digital Content plan and manage our 3rd party vendors to deliver effective messages
-Manage online marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and provide regular performance reports.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with brand messaging.
-Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and food delivery platform, applying them to enhance our strategies.
-Lead a team of digital & delivery marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
-Support Marketing team in other Ad-hoc activities as per needed.
-Additional duties related as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in digital performance marketing, or commercial food delivery platform with a track record of managing successful campaigns and leading teams.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tiktok Analytics etc.), holding Certifications in related field is a plus
- Data-driven & results-oriented mindset, focused on setting and measuring ROI/KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Able to manage multi-tasks/projects, work under pressure and meet timeline
- Organizing and great attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and cultivate a culture of teamwork.
- MS Office, especially excel (Spreadsheet) and presentation program.
