Job Descriptions
• Handling of customer complaints and customer requirements • Handling of complaints / feedback to suppliers • Establish, implement, maintain and improve quality management system (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and future system) • Document Control – Manage quality-related documentation to ensure consistency and compliance. • Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Generate monthly reports and propose process enhancements. • Internal & External Audits - Plan, conduct and follow up on Internal & External process audits. • Conduct internal process audit and follow up • Audit reports & Actions- Track non-compliances, define corrective action, and coordinate with concerned parties (auditors, customers, suppliers, or plant managers/employees) • Customer & Supplier Coordination – Act as a key contact for supplier qualification programs, ensuring smooth communication between ALPLA and external parties • Workplace Standards – Ensure and maintain 5S and plant standards compliance for a clean and organized environment. • Training & Awareness – Conduct quality system training for employees to drive continuous improvement. • Other tasks assigned by supervisors/managers
Qualifications
  1. Graduate of any Engineering Course or related courses in the field of Science (Biology, Chemistry, Food science, Microbiology)
  2. With 3-4 years progressively responsible experience in supervising quality assurance and / or quality control
  3. Experience and background in ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, 5S and Safety are needed
  4. Experience in process control and product control
  5. With solid experience and background on the implementation of quality plans, work instructions, procedural manuals and other quality documents in a manufacturing industry
  6. With skill in utilizing manpower and resources to achieve targets
  7. Proficient in using computer and basic application software and the ability to use it in doing quality related reports
  8. Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills in order to relate well with employees and even with external parties: customers, auditors, suppliers and even government representatives
  9. Good English language skills (oral and written)
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  11. Able to counsel, motivate, guide and train subordinates on their job responsibilities
  12. Keeping attention on the validity and reliability of quality procedures
  13. With a high sense of commitment
  14. Able to work under pressure in a stressful environment
  15. With a high sense of responsibility and knowing what an accountability is all about
  16. Willing to learn new things and open for challenges
  17. Positive and able to respond immediately to quality issues
  18. With a high sense of professionalism
