Job Descriptions

-Maintain the control transactions, stock receiving and control External Warehouse Inventory -Communicate with both external and internal department on matters related to frames movement for Production scheduling & Shipping. -To take responsible all Inventory Control in warehouse. -Oracle administrator of inventory. -Update daily schedule for receiving function. -Manage and control the receiving and issuing goods in warehouse. -Ensure space optimization to keep inventory available for new received goods. -Coordinate with Procurement, Planning and Customer Service team to ensure the inventory availability -Prepare the discrepancy report after receiving. -Make daily, weekly and monthly report to support Warehouse Supervisor -To be close communication with production personnel. -To follow up all procedures of the company.

Qualifications

High vocational or bachelor's degree in any field
Experience minimum 2 years in Inventory Control, Inventory Management or warehousing
Basic communication in English
Basic Computer skills, Excel, ERP
