Job Descriptions
วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง (Main Purpose): Technician service to handle technical service repair and support regarding company product, Handle technical solve problems and improve product quality. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Principal Accountabilities) • Responsible for providing support to all dealers such as product information and technical assistance via on-line and onsite of all dealers as needed. • Handle technical problem, warranty claim, spare parts • Coordinate for analysis technical problem for EV battery claim • Prepare and submit technical report and spare parts inventory as need to all concern party • Support information for diagnostic tools, equipment tools, spare parts • Standby support 24 Hr. call center for problems case from customers service center • Handle and control spare parts warehouse stock • Prepare necessary document for spare parts delivery and shipping. • Handle and control warranty claim process • Responsible for providing guidance on customers spare parts requirements • Responsible for receiving, outputting, and tracking customers spare parts demand orders, ensuring that orders are delivered on demand; • Support the special project of each department and other tasks assign
Qualifications
  1. High Vocational in Automotive Electrical / Mechanical, or relevant field.
  2. More than 1 year working experience of electrical system, quality system position in automotive industry.
  3. Knowledgeable in Electrical, Mechanical, Quality system.
  4. Proficient in English or Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
  5. Warranty claim and spare parts stock.
  6. Skill in electrical and mechanical system solve problems.
  7. Ability to drive a car with driving license.
  8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  9. Negotiation Skills: Strong work under pressure.
  10. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  11. Able to work at Siam Eastern Industrial Park 2 (SEP2), Pluak Daeng, Rayong.
