Job Descriptions
Our client is a well-established tyre manufacturer located in Rayong Province. A subsidiary of a renowned Japanese group at the forefront of innovation, there is a strong commitment to quality. We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to develop and manage the company’s policies and regulations.
Responsibilities :
Manage and update policies, company rules and regulations
Key focus on Employee Relations and related activities
Handle union relations & negotiations and welfare
Review and approve employee disciplinary actions at all levels
Consult with management to ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5-10 years of experience in employee relations or labour relations
- Strong knowledge of labour laws
- Experience in Union relation management
- Good command of English
