Job Descriptions

- Allocate the retail front team in line with the plan. - Supervise the management of branches according to the area of responsibility. - Monitor and assist Branch Manager tasks. - Control the branches in the provinces and districts. - Coordinate and verify the standard of work and quality of each field in accordance with KPI and other assignments. - Provide a summary report on scheduled or other related tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher (Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields).
Have 3 year or more of experience working in retail management.
Good attitude, good teamwork.
Able to drive a car and have a driver's license.
Have good communication and coordination in english.
Highly responsible, well-functioning under pressure.
Able to basic Microsoft Office.
Able travel to other responsible provinces area
Good command in Chinese is highly preferred.
