Job description and responsibilities
1. Prepare the three-level network plan for project construction (civil construction and installation);
2. Handle urging and guiding the participating units to carry out work in accordance with the construction plan;
3. Prepare the safety management measures (civil construction and installation) ;
4. Participated in compiling the engineering technical quality problems during the constructing progress (civil construction and installation);
5. Discuss early-stage construction planning design (civil construction and installation);
6. Responsible for the quality inspection and evaluation, and provides the inspection and evaluation opinions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in Site construction project management.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineer or equivalent.
- Know knowledge in Construction System (Electrical, Plumping etc.)
- Good English, both spoken and written, If can speak Chinese is prefer.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
