-ดูแลแชท ให้ข้อมูลและแนะนำลูกค้า ในช่องทาง Online ของบริษัทบน Platform ต่างๆ
-Customer Service ดูแลลูกค้าเมื่อเกิดปัญหา ต้องการคืน-เปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือต้องการคำแนะนำอื่นๆ
-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้าเพื่อการจัดส่งหรือตรวจสอบสินค้าคืนของลูกค้า
-ประสานงานกับซัพลายเออร์เพื่อตรวจสอบสินค้าและบริการลูกค้า
-สรุปออเดอร์การขายและจัดทำรายงานการดำเนินงานเพื่อปรับปรุงการทำงาน
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 22-35 ปี
- ปวช ปวส.หรือ ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- เข้าใจ Social Media และ Platform (Shopee / Lazada / Tiktok) ต่างๆ
- มี Customer Service ใส่ใจในการดูแลลูกค้า
- สามารถตอบแชทดูแลลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
