Job Descriptions
This position is responsible to provide; to be a key player of Supply Chain development including process, communication, and inventory forecast & planning. Monitoring and analyst the forecast all inventory activities and reporting for customers’ products in/out warehouse. Providing the forecast & availability reports of inventory to Sales, Demand & Supply Chain and Logistics Manager in timeliness and efficiency. Forecasts & analyst the inventory volume for the priority customer for sale base on delivery planning, priority and penalty. Monitoring transaction of cargoes arrival and departure either from TH Plant or Oversea Plant or customer (3PL) warehouse to J&J customer. • Monitoring Cargoes & inventory availability in customer (3PL) warehouse. • Support the Business Units in implementing the logistics service solutions and supply chain management. • Being proactive in analyzing and answering the Business Units needs. • To develop a strong understanding of customer service models, communication flow models and cross function development. • To develop improved methodologies for analyzing client data, this can further improve the effectiveness of the proposal development task, aid prompt client feedback and improve the quality of CSC. • Obtain a clear understanding of customer goals and objectives, and translate business requirements into proposed ideal solutions. • Independently evaluate alternative solutions to business requirements and document a recommended design. • Validate current operational procedures or cross function process and provide recommendations for approach or continuous improvement. • Update and analyzing an effective KPI target (if any) • Ensure that deviations from agreed timelines of reports are communicated both internally and to the customer so that problems can be solved without delay or “surprises” later • Maintain and follow company rules, regulation
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female
  2. Bachelor's degree in logistics management or related.
  3. Experience in Transportation and Logistics 1-3 Year.
  4. Excellent in English both written and spoken.
  5. Advanced skills in operating computer office programs Excel and power point
  6. Work well under pressure.
