Job Descriptions
1. Issuing purchase order, negotiating and following shipping schedule with suppliers to meet production requirement and delivery on time (ออกใบสั่งซื้อ เจรจาและติดตามเวลาจัดส่งกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อให้ทันแผนการผลิต)
2. Supporting new model launch as required (ซัพพอร์ตการผลิตโมเดลรุ่นใหม่)
3. Inventory control and stock monitor not to have over stock or stock aging (ควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังและการติดตามสต๊อกไม่ให้มีสต๊อกเกิน)
4. Updating accurate and necessary data on SAP (อัปเดตข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและจำเป็นบน SAP)
5. Following related shipping documents with suppliers and providing to Logistics Department for customs clearing (ติดตามเอกสารการจัดส่ง (Invoice, BL, Packing list) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับและส่งให้แผนกโลจิสติกส์เพื่อเคลียร์ศุลกากร)
6. Preparing document for payment to suppliers (จัดเตรียมเอกสารการจ่ายเงินให้กับซัพพลายเออร์)
7. Evaluating suppliers to ensure compliance with company procedure (ประเมินซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At lease 1-year experiences in oversees purchasing
- Good command in English & Chinese
- Good communicative, team lead and critical thinking skills
- ฺGood computer skills and be able to use SAP
