Job DescriptionsResponsibility and Authority
1.1. Responsible to oversee the entire company financing, accounting and auditing activities;
1.2. Responsible for the human resources activities including recruitment, employee welfare,
attendance and leaves, performance evaluation, termination, competence and training,
payroll, working calendar and other disciplinary matters;
1.3. Responsible for regularly follow up on the latest development of related labor regulations
such as EPF, Employment Act, and etc.;
1.4. Responsible to conduct training needs analysis and summaries it on the training calendar;
1.5. Tasks that specified in FSC CoC Management System;
1.6. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
