Duties and responsibilities •Plan strategically to achieve growth and hitting sales targets whilst controlling expenses. •Find new clients and expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence •Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs •Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team •Coordinating with Marketing Manager on lead generation •Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status •Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success •Team player •Good time-management skills

Qualifications

Proven experience as a sales Manager in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, menu offerings, and industry trends.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including proficiency in written and spoken English.
