Job Descriptions
• Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and service requests related to heavy machinery, services, and spare parts • CRM Utilization: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to record and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and histories • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, exceeding expectations, and proactively addressing customer needs • Work Relations with Clients: Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and preferences. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including equipment breakdowns, delays, and service requests. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution • Client Feedback: Gather and compile client feedback, suggestions, and complaints to relay valuable insights for product and service improvements • Public Relations Events: Plan and coordinate public relations events, press conferences, and media interviews as part of the broader communication strategy • Marcom Activities: Oversee marketing communication (Marcom) activities, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across various marketing channels • Company Image: Manage and enhance the company's image and reputation by implementing proactive public relations efforts and crisis management plans when necessary • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with all stakeholders, including customers, partners, government entities, and the media, to strengthen relationships
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, Age 35 - 50 years
  2. Bachelor / Master degree in marketing, communications, public relation or a related field
  3. 10+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the heavy machinery sector
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns
  6. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions
  7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  9. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
