Job Descriptions
- Monitor repossession and execution process through monitoring performance of team members and outsourced teams in order to achieve departmental and company targets - Observe exceptional transactions and raise them to superior attention together with proposal on countermeasures. - Propose initiatives and areas for further improvement. Comply with internal control and compliance of company regulations. Act as a role model for team members and supervise them to act in accordance with compliance and company rules. Remark : The Company requires to check and collect criminal record of candidates of this position
Qualifications
  1. At least Bachelor’s degree in Laws or related field
  2. Target oriented
  3. Good people management
  4. Good knowledge in civil law, criminal law, and other laws which may concerned with leasing business
  5. Spirit of teamwork and commitment
