Job Descriptions
เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ 1. บันทึกบัญชีตั้งหนี้ทั้งที่มีใบสั่งซื้อและไม่มีใบสั่งซื้อ 2. บันทึกบัญชีจ่ายเงินสดย่อยและเงินทดรองจ่าย 3. ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบกำกับภาษี ใบสั่งซื้อ และตรวจสอบอำนาจอนุมัติการสั่งจ่ายให้ถูกต้องตาม นโยบายที่บริษัทกำหนด 4. จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ ตรวจสอบใบกำกับภาษี และกระทบยอดกับบัญชีแยกประเภท 5. จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภงด.3,53, 54 และภพ.36 และกระทบยอดกับบัญชีแยกประเภท 6. รับวางบิลจาก supplier และบันทึกวันรับวางบิลเข้าระบบ 7. รับผิดชอบงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี สาขาการเงิน หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบ กระตือรือร้น ซื่อสัตย์ และมีความอดทนสูง
  5. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ
  6. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี และประสานงานกับองค์กรภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
