Job Descriptions

1. Arrange booking to Shipping lines. บุ๊คสายเรือ 2. Submit SI & VGM 3. Arrange export shipping document (Invoice & Packing list, B/L, customs clearance docs, and/or related documents) and control all required documents accurately and in time. จัดการงานด้านเอกสารส่งออกต่างๆ (Invoice & Packing list, or related documents) 4. Coordinate with shipping line/airline and customers for import/export process. ประสานงานกับบริษัทสายเรือ/แอร์ ซัพพายเออร์ และลูกค้า 5. Solve on-spot problems by cooperating with the concerned department. ประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการส่งออก 6. Input info in system. คีย์ข้อมูลลงระบบภายใน 7. Others business assigned by manager. หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย

Qualifications

College degree minimum, Logistics Major will be advantage. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้ (หากจบสาขาโลจิสติกส์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
Familiar with Microsoft office. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้
Good English writing and reading. สามารถอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้
Working experience in Logistics field will be advantage. มีประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Learned to be able, can work as a team, Have the ability to communicate and negotiate with outsiders. เรียนรู้ไว้ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารเจรจากับบุคคลภายนอก
Be enthusiastic about work. มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
Be careful and detailed. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบเพราะเป็นงานเอกสาร
