Job Descriptions- Obtain/ order and view testing/inspection plans and drawing documentation, including customer and supplier specifications.
- Plan and document complex test processes for internal use, in collaboration with the unit concerned.
- Prepare equipments. (e.g. set up universal measuring machines, assemble component groups or systems on a function test bench, etc.)
- Plan and conduct complex tests/inspections.
- Check the interaction of individual components and component groups for functional reliability.
- Create component group-related evaluations; document the results, recognize deviations.
- Create test reports according to external customer requirements.
- Support the development and evaluation of alternative methods for quality assurance/testing.
- Prepare documents, taking into account customer-specific guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions; plan and conduct training within the quality testing area.
