Job Descriptions
1. Verify the correctness of the invoices to be paid. And make sure to use the appropriate general ledger account code.
2. Responsible for accounting records
3. Responsible for summarizing annual taxes (P.N.D. 50) and semi-annual taxes (P.N.D. 51).
4. Responsible for tax payment points P.N.D.1, P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53, P.N.D.30
5. Responsible for entering invoice details into the company's financial system.
Track all payments and expenses.
6. Maintain accounts payable documents, purchasing, and be responsible for e-banking operations.
7. Responsible for preparing cash flow.
8. Responsible for preparing reports. BoT related to business
9. Coordinate with other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting field
- Has Accounting work experience more than 4 years
- Used to manage small team members
- Be able to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Good command of English
