Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต: ดูแลและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและกำหนดเวลาที่วางไว้Production Control: Supervise and control the production process to ensure it meets set standards and timelines.
2. บริหารทีมงาน: แนะนำและฝึกอบรมพนักงานในทีมให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน พร้อมทั้งสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ดีTeam Management: Guide and train team members to work efficiently while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
3. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ: ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าตลอดกระบวนการผลิต และดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นQuality Inspection: Monitor product quality throughout the production process and address any issues that arise.
4. รายงานผลการผลิต: จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับผลการผลิต สถิติ และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อให้ผู้บริหารทราบProduction Reporting: Prepare reports on production outcomes, statistics, and encountered issues for management.
5. ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ: วิเคราะห์และพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดค่าใช้จ่ายProcess Improvement: Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
6. สนับสนุน Customer Audit และ ISO 9001：2015 IATF16949 Support for Customer Audits and Standards: Assist with Customer Audits, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949 compliance.
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ / No gender restriction , Age between 30 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or higher.
- At least 8 years' experience of Production (5 Years experience in Supervisor or Management level position)
- Have experience in Production of nuts, steel nails, nail tools would be receiving special consideration.
- Strong manage subordinate to meet the department in policy
- Knowledge in Quality System ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001
- Computer skill of Microsoft office.
- Can communicate in English or Chinese language. (Necessary)
