Job Descriptions
1.To handle customer’s tracing services or assist Contact Centre team handling overflow incoming calls 2.To settle a difficult calls/complaints or any exceptional service requests from both partners and customer. Take a recovery action to meet customer/partner’s expectation and satisfaction 3.To process any exceptional service requests from both partners and customer 4.To daily monitor your own performance report and workload and take any action to keep up the standard and no backlog incurred 5.To process claim/arbitration request from franchisee 6.To daily monitor your own performance report and workload and take any action to keep up the standard and no backlog incurred 7.To prepare monthly report as required by supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Attention to detail, accuracy, goals focus and forward thinking
  2. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, adaptable, and embrace to change
  3. Good command in oral and written communication skill, especially in listening skill
  4. Ability to solve problem and suggest conflict resolution
  5. Ability to work under high pressure with strong stress management technique
  6. 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Call Centre
  7. Work Monday - Saturday
