Job Descriptions
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently - Maintain company organization charts and employee directory - Maintain HR systems and processes - Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, - interviewing, hiring and onboarding - Develop training materials and performance management programs - Create a compensation strategy for employees - Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution - Conduct performance and salary reviews - Design and implement employee retention strategies - Take responsibilities to take care HR and General affair staff
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or up in Human resources or other related fields
  2. Excellent to Speak, read and write English
  3. Experience in Human Resource and General affairs as Manager or Asst. Manager at least 5 years
  4. Good computer skill
  5. Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and prioritization.
  6. Able to work under high pressure, flexible
