- มีความขยัน อดทน และทำงานภายใต้ภาวะแรงกดดันได้
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดีและมีความคล่องตัวสูง รวมถึงสามารถเรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้และมีใบขับขี่จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถออกปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
