Job Descriptions

- Implement directions to monitor goods receiving and delivery operations, including staff standards, price tagging, traffic and safety management, and goods returned to vendors, to support the operations of the organization effectively - Manage schedule worktime for goods receiving appropriately to ensure effective operations - Plan for loss prevention measures to maintain goods from warehouse as much as possible - Maintain tools and equipment in department in good condition to prepare for use appropriately - Monitor and examine documents, including receiving records, transfer orders, to prepare for tracking and prevent corruption - Monitor accumulating and analyzing delivery problem note to manage solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
Have knowledge and understanding in goods receiving system, especially JDA, BPA
Have strong computer skills
Have skills of planning and making decision
Have strong communication skills, including English skills
Be delicate and enthusiastic
