Job Descriptions
•Responsible for supporting Engineering Project, time studies and standard time collection, work combination for all process preparation as well as manufacturing process control and process. •Reduce process defects, find root cause of problem and take corrective & prevention action. •Support IATF16949 System: Follow Process, Flow Chart, Control Plan, FMEA, Engineer Technical Standard, Working Standard and Improvement JPH of line. •Manage new project to achieve quality, budget control and timeline. •Install and trial new machine or line for support new project to achieve process design: OEE, cycle time and process defect. •Design and prepare tooling & equipment for support current & new model production. •Support new model launch by coordinating with APQP team, prepare document, trial and keep machine condition. •Issue and support change management review (PCR & ECR).
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing/Process/Production Engineer in automotive manufacturing
  2. Understand technical drawing and able to use AutoCAD and Solid Works for technical design.
  3. Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO14001.
  4. Good command in English.
