Job Descriptions

• Help Sales Manager prepare quotation of products to customer. • Receive and process customer orders, provide order confirmation, orders follow-up. • Timely feedback to relevant personnel on newest and special requirements from customers. • Regularly review with production and material planning team to ensure material planning and production scheduling can meet customer order requirements. • Participate in the regular budget process and provide the requested data. • Collect, maintain and report the customer service data/KPIs on regular basis. • Other jobs assigned by manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, with major in English/Foreign Trade/Account or related field
Working Language: English or Chinese is a must
Previous background and experience in customer service is preferred.
Good communication skills
Team work sense
Can drive and be able come to work by your own
