1. Timely summarize the problems reported by customers and feed them back to internal processing;
2. Investigate customer complaints and follow up on improvement measures in a timely manner;
2) Return processing
1. Timely collect information such as reasons for customer returns and quantity of returns;
2. Feedback the reasons for return of abnormal problems provided by customers to internal rectification;
3. Communicate and coordinate with customers based on internal feedback results;
3) Respond to customer complaints/feedback promptly
1. Get in touch with the customer within one working day after receiving the customer complaint to understand the customer’s demands;
2. Provide a solution within three working days;
3. Provide an 8D report within one week if necessary;
3) Client information collection
1. Data related to customer use of products is collected once a month (the frequency can be increased under special circumstances);
4) Client experiment
1. Cooperate with the base to complete client experimental requirements;
2. Those who can communicate in English will be given priority, those who understand component knowledge will be given priority, and those who understand component technology or component equipment will be given priority.
