Job Descriptions
- Practice "Client First" to be evaluated and to be
chosen by our clients.
- Clearly understand, support and commit to achieve
the J-Corporate targets
- Coaching staff and colleague about policy operation process and related tasks
- Maintain good relationship with existing Japanese
clients and seek more opportunity to cross sell new products
- Solve problems by using basic knowledge and experience with less guidance from superiors
- Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in major insurance is preferable.
- 3 - 4 years work experience in General Insurance business, preferable background from Marketing, Underwriting and Claim Department.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiently in Computer Literacy such as MS Word, Excel(V-Lookup, pivot), Power Point
