Job Descriptions
1. Collect quality information in various production, inspection, delivery and after-sales processes, and use statistical data to analyze;
2. And feedback on abnormal process quality, follow up and deal with special quality problems, and improve it;
3. Formulate product inspection standards, participate in the discussion of relevant measures and implementation of control plans and inspection operation instructions, and ensure that the inspection methods are correct and the inspection results are reliable;
4. Guide and supervise the inspectors to thoroughly implement the quality management system documents;
5. Monitor the production process and put forward feasible improvement plans in time, and analyze the causes of abnormal production and defective products;
6. Supervise and report security violations

Qualifications
- Male / Female , Age 30-40 Years. (***Thai Only***)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Have experienced before welding line and Automotive Parts.
- Work experience 5 Years in Quality Assurance
- Analytical skills in Assembly Process / Stamping and Injection Process
- Knowledge in QC Tool and Core tool (PPAP/APQP/FMEA/8D/RCCA)
- Have knowledge of 5S, QC 7 Tools, ISO9001 & ISO14001 & ISO45001 Knowledge
- Have a Problem solving skill
