Job Descriptions
1. To ensure the harmonious flow of production tool jigs and equipment to their maximum production output and high efficiency.
2. To manage and maintain the implementation of production line per UPH product and process to ensure the conformance of production yield.
3. To manage the implementation of preilminary falure analysis in production to improve and maintain a harmonious and maximum production yield.
4. To manage the administration of non-conformance products in work in process to be optimized with low defects and scrap.
5. To ensure that all process in production line that affect production yield and output are evaluated prior to implementation.
6. To maintain and control discipline of the department according to the company policy, rules & regulation.
7. To control production system able of raw material, WP and FG.
Qualifications
- Male Age 45 years up.
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering or Related field.
- 5 years up for Management Level.
- 5 years for experience in Automotive Business.
