Job Descriptions
- ออกแบบและเขียนแบบงานสถาปัตยกรรม(ทั้งเบื้องต้นและแบบก่อสร้างจริง) - ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงแบบก่อสร้างตามข้อเสนอของลูกค้า วิศวกร หรือหน้างาน - ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติแบบสถาปัตย์ก่อนส่งให้ลูกค้าและหน่วยงานก่อสร้าง - วางแผนงานออกแบบและกำหนดแนวทางสำหรับทีมสถาปนิก - ควบคุมงานตกแต่งภายในหรืองานพิเศษตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - เข้าร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้า วิศวกร และฝ่ายโครงการ - วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และแปลงเป็นแนวคิดงานออกแบบ (Concept Design) - จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น BOQ รายการวัสดุ สเปกวัสดุ - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรม โฟร์แมน และผู้รับเหมาเพื่อให้การก่อสร้างตรงตามแบบ
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 20-45 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ 4-7 ปี ขึ้นไป ในงานก่อสร้างหรือออกแบบ (แล้วแต่ระดับตำแหน่ง)
  4. หากมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพสถาปนิก (สถ.) อย่างน้อยระดับภาคี (หากมีสามัญจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบได้ดี (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, ฯลฯ)
  6. มีความสามารถในการคิดออกแบบแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ และแก้ปัญหาหน้างานได้
  7. มีความเข้าใจระบบงานก่อสร้าง และทำงานร่วมกับวิศวกรได้ดี
  8. มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารงานและทีมงานได้
  9. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานข้ามแผนกได้ดี
