Job Descriptions

Leader of measurement 1.Supervise and coordinate the activities of the measurement team to perform dimensional verification of casted parts using various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). 2.Analyze measurement data and provide detailed reports to support the quality control and production teams in identifying trends and addressing potential issues. 3.Manage the calibration and maintenance of all measuring instruments to ensure ongoing accuracy. 4.Train and mentor team members on proper measurement techniques and the use of measurement software. 5.Collaborate with the production and engineering departments to enhance product design and manufacturing processes based on measurement findings. 6.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the measurement lab. 7.Handle troubleshooting for measurement equipment and technical issues that may affect production or quality. 8.Participate in regular meetings with management and other departments to discuss quality and production improvements.

Qualifications

Age 30 year old up.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Proficient in English, able to communicate with foreign customers directly
At least 3-5 year of machining engineer experience
Having experience in Automotive industry
Good Leadership, Project management skills, Strong analytical skills
Good command in computer skill (Auto cad, Ms office)
Have skill training in ISO/IATF 16949 , APQP
