Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบปริมาณตาม BOQ เพื่อทําสรุปรายการแยกวัสดุที่จัดส่งตามงวดงาน 2.จัดทําเอกสารสอบถามราคาวัสดุ ตาม BOQ และรายการประกอบแบบ เพื่อขออนุมัติวัสดุ 3.รวบรวมเอกสาร, จัดทํารูปเล่มและเอกสารประกอบเพื่อขออนุมัติวัสดุ 4.ติดตามและรายงานผลการขออนุมัติใช้วัสดุ และ Update แผนการจัดส่งขออนุมัติ และแผนนําส่งวัสดุ On Site 5.หา Vendor รายยอย สํารวจตามโครงกาาร / จัดทําเอกสารขอเครดิต หรือ ยื่นหลักประกันในการสั่งซื้อ และ สํารวจตลาดเพื่อสรรหา Supplier บางโครงการ 6.ตรวจสอบ PR/ PO เพื่อส่งพิจารณาขออนุมัติการสั่งซื้อ 7.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งภายใน และภายนอก 8.จัดเก็บเอกสารตามระบบจัดซื้อ 9.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุระหว่าง 25 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด การจัดการ , การบริหาร
  3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ พูดจาฉะฉาน
  4. มีความมานะ อดทน รับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ทันที
  5. มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน และ ผู้ร่วมงาน อัธยาศัยดี สุขุม รอบคอบ
  6. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในธุรกิจงานก่อสร้าง
  7. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป
