Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for manpower planning to meet the needs of production.
2. Assist the Production Manager in ensuring that the facilities, production planning,
manufacturing processes are well designed, integrated and efficient to support product
manufacturing.
3. Responsible for setting the monthly targets for production 1 st defect rates.
4. To ensure that instructions or information of any activity instructed by management is
channeled through and carried out by subordinates.
5. Initiate and coordinate to prevent the occurrence of nonconformity on product, process and
activity.
6. Analyze records of all production data relating to output, test status, failure models and
rework information for continuous improvement.
7. To take appropriate action on any activities that does not meet requirement and to inform
superior of such immediate action.
8.Control and action to the company's KPI Quantity.
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษระดับดีและสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้อย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งที่เปิดรับสมัคร 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ทั้งวันปกติ และวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์
- บริษัทไม่มีบริการรถรับส่ง สามารถเดินทางมาปฏิบัติงานด้วยตนเองได้
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร และทัศนคติเชิงบวก
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสามารถปรับปรุงวิธีการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
